Prompt: How have your priorities changed from middle school to high school?

In middle school I focused on school, but didn't study as hard or long as I could have. I did competitive cheer then, so that took up most of my time. I would have to go to school and then cheer right after school until I got home at ten thirty. When I did that I had little time to do school work and I tried to finish it all at school.

Now, in high school, I focus a lot more on my studies. I work more efficiently now and manage my time well. I now start studying for test, projects, exams with more than three days in advance. This reflects well on my report card too. Part of being able to study and do so well is that we have longer breaks called tutorials that we can do homework. We also have a class that is used just for homework. All of these things help tremendously.
